Staff Fun Day

Last week Wednesday, the staff where I work planned a fun day. The main event was the Whirpool Jet Boats in Niagra-on-the-Lake. At first I was a little unsure of this but it turned out to be a blast. I would definitely do it again.

After jet boating we went for lunch at the Rainforest Cafe in Niagra Falls.

Once lunch was finished we made our way down to Bird Kingdom.

This is the largest pigeon in the world. It's from New Guinea. I thought it was a peacock.

After Bird Kingdom we walked around Cliffton Hill for a bit.

And of course we had to go see the falls. I've never seen them in the summer.

Our next thing on the list to do was going mini golfing but I was too hot and tired to do that so me and a couple of other people went and sat in Timmies while the others played some mini golf. The one lady took my camera cause she wanted to take pictures of the dinosours.

And that was basically our whole trip. It was one looong day. We left at 8:45 AM ish and I didn't get back till after 7PM ish.

On Monday I was bored so I asked Danielle if she would take pictures for me. I called Rob to see if he wanted to come along so we went to some stone bridge that we saw once while we were driving. After we were finished there we went down a gravel till we saw a cool fence with long grass and some wildflowers.

Big Red Barn

It has been gorgeous outside this week and I have been eyeing this barn ever since we moved here in Sept, 2010. So on Wednesday night Danielle and I went and asked these people if we could take pictures by their barn. The pictures turned out great except maybe our hair flying in some of them.
